We are a 100% family owned and operated oyster aquaculture farm, located just minutes from St. Michaels and Tilghman Island on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We have several oyster leases in located Harris Creek and Eastern Bay that allow us to harvest hundreds of thousands of oysters 52 weeks a year.
Established in 2014, we have grown steadily through 10 years of dedication to growing the best oyster we can. We have been blessed with an incredible partnership with Long Shot Hospitality in DC, exclusively producing the Dancing Molly Oyster for all Salt Line, Dauphines, and Ometeo restaurants.
